Vista Home Premium Instalation Problems
Hi, I'm trying to reinstal vista on a HP Laptop & I get this error mesage:
Windows could not load required file WinSetup.dll. The file may be corrupt. To Install Windows, restart the installation. Error code: 0x45A.

I think it is what is on your hard drive giving you problems. Wipe the entire hard drive with KillDisk. You can then do a clean install on the wiped hard drive, even if using a Vista upgrade DVD.
Burn a bootable KillDisk ISO CD or DVD with ImgBurn.
