Can't delete temp inet files in Vista sp1

Hi there,

I am trying to delete all internet temporary files but when i go to internet properties and attempt to do that, it says "Windows Host Process Rundll32 has stopped working". I have run HijackThis and am posting the log here. Can someone make a suggestion of how to proceed?
