Computer wont start help!

i was using my computer and it froze so i restarted it and when it got to the boot screen it just restarted,it then came up with the screen giving me the option to start in safe mode,last known good configuration,or start windows normally, tried all of them and they all just result in the computer restarting, it just doesnt get past the windows boot screen, i really need to use my computer and im stuck with out it.please help.thank you.
