Windows 7 and CS4

Had Windows 7 RC with cs4 and changed some settings and things were smooth, but now when I installed winows 7 and cs4 again and try to minimize a window, instead of the window being rolled up, you see the picture through windows areo menu bar.(see attached).

 The minimized window should be contained inside of CS4 and not bleed out into windows 7 and the task bar....

Any quick way to fix that?
