How do I redirect apache request from one server to another server

Hi,
How do I redirect Apache server request from one server to another server.
i.e. suppose user is trying to access one web site from the 192.168.01 server and I want to redirect this user Apache query to 192.168.0.5 server .

Please help me !!!!
