Replaced motherboard in 2003 server can't access server shares or printers by share name!

I had my main file server go down and found the problem to be the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard and now I can't access the server shares by name. I can get to them by IP address. I also can only get to my printers by using the ip of the server. The motherboard has an integrated nic. The server is my file, dns, dhcp, and head active directory server.

Check DNS records and DHCP Records to make sure they correct mac address is there for any Reservation IP in DHCP in DNS go to your forward look up and reverse lookup zone to make sure there is a record for the IP address to the server name

This server has a static ip address, so there is no reservation for dhcp. I looked in the forward and reverse lookup zones and there are entries for this server that look correct. Any other options?

I can ping it by server name, but not get to the shares.

It looks like active directory is not properly replicating to other servers.

are the permissions on the shares correct? You may want to unshare and reshare the folders. and make sure the permissions are set correctly just to be safe.

clear the dns cache, delete old records - just go over the whole clearing procedure thing
to see if it works. this is clearly the dns issue

I check the a records in the dns and everything looks fine. I flush the dns. During active directory replication with the two other servers they say "the principal name is incorrect" when trying to replicate with it.

I rebuilt the dns and I still can't get it to work. If I turn off the other servers and leave the only the one with the issue up all of the computers work, but as soon as I turn on the other servers I have a problem.

Ok here is what it was. The secure channel between my primary domain controller and secondary domain controller had broken so I followed the steps in this KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288167.
I don't know if it was because after I replaced the mother board in my PDC the system date and time was off by years or what, but this worked and everything is up and running.
