Try the XP drivers for the card you have.

If you go to http://www.dell.com/support and enter your service tag from the server, you may be able to narrow down which video card you have. Look for the link "current configuration" under the warranty section of the site

Have an Intel core duo 2 board. How do i determine what video card i have? The XP drivers for intel dont work

I believe those machines mostly come with an ATI video card. (RADEON HD 24xx PRO/XT).

Go to ATI website and Download ATI Catalyst for Windows XP (They don't have 2003 drivers): http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

That might work.

I mostly use the optiplex series (including the 755) for tests, I just wonder why do you NEED the driver ?
It will run standard in 800x600 and you can put it to 1024x768 if I'm right.
