DFS Replication service has detected that the staging space is above the high watermark

I am receiving a warning  message from DFSR( windows 2003R2): DFS Replication service has detected that the staging space is above the high watermark
Replicated folder size is around 200GB and I give the staging area 16GB.
Is this message a problem?
Do I need to change the staging area size, what size I need to give it?

If this is the first replication of the group I would set the staging folder to be the same 200GB. Then reduce it down after the inital replication has completed.

Microsoft rule of thumb is the staging area quota must be as large as the 32 largest files in the replicated folder.

ASKER

yes, it was initial replication and now both folders seems to be sync, but this message is still logged on eventlog.
Is the event still appearing after the initial sync or are the log errors just there while the inital sync was taking place?
