Isnt april 2014 for xp, not sp3? sp3 has no time listed anywhere

Good to confirm we have until April 2014 to migrate 150 PC's to Windows 7 before Windows XP SP updates expire. I went into panic mode when someone mentioned this summer.
Hopefully there will be an SP4 soon, as there are almost 200 updates since SP3 was released.
