Bt878 driver for windows 7 x64 for my video/audio capture card AVerMedia EZCapture

I have read the similar stuff under the same question asked by A-Tim. He has just the same problem that mine. My capture card is AVerMedia EZCapture, but the drivers are working only on 32 bit systems. But I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and wish to use that card. There was an answer that was chosen as accepted solution by DavisMcCarn on 2010-08-30 at 20:20:58 ID: 33560044 :
Download the 64 bit BETA driver and unzip it to a folder. In that folder, double click on the
PCTV713xi64.inf which will open it in notepad. Three lines down from this [Pinnacle.NTamd64] is
the entry %110i.DeviceDesc%=713xi64,PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7133&SUBSYS_002E11BD ;
PCTV 110i Change the VEN, DEV, and SUBSYS numbers to match yours
(PCI\VEN_109E&DEV_036E&SUBSYS_00000000) and save the file. Then, update the driver, choose
have disk, point to the 64_bit folder, and pray a little.

The link to the place for downloading that driver doesn't exist anymore and I can not find anywhere else that driver for Windows x64:

Now I have two unknown devices in Device Manager:
1. Multimedia Controller PCI\VEN_109E&DEV_0878&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_11

Please help to find some x64 driver,even fit to XP or Vista, if it doesn't exist for Windows 7 or give me suggestion what to do next.

So what DEV ID should I use in the entry?

The content of the Bt878.inf file of the native driver package that came with the capture card is in the attachment, just in case.

I did, but the program have not seen the presence of this unknown device at all.

If DavisMcCarn's suggestion still works then download http://web.archive.org/web/20100419234457/http://cdn.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/PCTV%20Drivers/PCTV%20100i,110i,300i,310i/64_bit.zip unzip and replace the file PCTV713xi64.inf with the attached (rename PCTV713xi64.txt to .inf), then point Windows at the file location and see if it installs - it may end up being described as a Pinnacle device rather than AverMedia.

The setup has not been successful! The result is in the attachment. I tried also DriverMax http://www.drivermax.com, which has successfully recognized unknown device as ARGUS-P with the same VEN/DEV/SUBSYS/REV. Although the recognizing of my device was successful, I had the same error as shown in the attached file.

since it is a separate card, i suggest to test it on another PC - it looks bad to me

The problem with Multimedia Video Controller is still present. The capture details are in the attachment. I have read a Help section of Windows and found there: "A driver that lacks a valid digital signature, or was altered after it was signed, can't be installed on 64-bit editions of Windows. You will only see this message if you try to install such a driver on a 64-bit edition of Windows" How to avoid this or how to turn off the checking for driver's digital signature?

The drivers are successfully installed, but I am experiencing the same problem with driver signing for Conexant’s BtPCI Video WDM Video Capture, so the device cannot start with Windows. I tried to use the commands (method 1), that was useless for me:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
After that I did as described in method 2, i.e. pressed enter on “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement” upon restarting. After that, I had my drivers working correctly. But to keep the Conexant’s BtPCI Video WDM Video Capture driver working, I need to press ENTER on entry “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement” every time I start my PC. It’s very hard to remember to do that every time, so I would like to know how to make that procedure only once and forget about it. If the solution for my Windows doesn’t exist, then say me please what a soft I can use to sign the driver by the acceptable digital signature of a trusted issuer (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)?
