When I tried to run the newest version of our engraver application on a Windows 2000 laptop I got the error message: &nbsp;&quot;The procedure entry point HeapQueryInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.&quot; &nbsp;Previous versions of this application still run fine on this computer. &nbsp;Any ideas on what causes this error and how to fix it?
