Backup issue on Win2003 OS (Netbackup -Symantec )

I have copied the errors as below :(same server -Result) Netbackup server 7.1 and Client ver :7.1 : OS -Win2003

PLease help to fix the issue.

When looking at the event logs I see that VSS is throwing alerts.  The backup finished with an error 1.  When looking at the error it is from the system state.  Can you look into the VSS errors on the system and see what you can do?
