Citrix hosted share desktops
I have 100 users..50 receptionisits uses application a,b plus adobe reader and ms office suite.
50 call center staff and they use applications a,d,e,f plus Microsoft office suite and adobe.
Also these people do web browsing. All 100 users have home folder in organization to store their documents .
Are these right candidates for using hosted share desktop via xenapp or should they be given virtual desktops..xendesktop
What all Microsoft licenses I need for hosted share desktop model.
Can't I use xendesktop...pooled model where users get VM from a shared pool.
With hosted shared model is it true that we need not think about enabling roaming profile for users as this is a non persistence type scenario.
My receptionists are spread across floors and call centre users spread across 3 locations.I want them to have access to printers in their floor..is this setting done at user profile. What needs to be done if tomorrow they move to different office and they need to access printers there
