Server 2012 R2 RDS Black screen after login
I have a Server 2012 R2 RDS server that after a user enters their login credentials they receive a black screen. I have to login to the console session and force close her user session, then they she login normally. The issue only occurs for a single user. There are 8 other users who do not have any issues.
The server is a VM running on ESXI 5.5
I've already tried deleting and recreating the users RDS profile which did not fix the issue.
The issue does not happen every login I estimate its once out of every four times.
No errors are reported in the event logs.
It will sit at the black screen all day if i let her. It does not auto disconnect her like other users with similar problems describe.
She is running windows 7 x64 with RDP 8.1

Disabling the bipmap cache or lowering the screen resolution for the RDP connection has been a less frustrating option for us. Â This appears to be caused by a slower network connection from the RDP client to the server. Â Looking in the event log should confirm this assumption.
