Disconnected Network Drive

Asked by LKamoku in Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP Operating System, File Servers

Tags: network, disconnected, drive

I have a user that has 2 of 3  mapped shares showing as "Disconnected Network Drive".  She gets mapped via a login script.  If you click on the drive, it reconnects or if you double click on the share you can access the data.  Our servers are running W2K.  2 of mapped shares are on server1 - 3rd mapped share that never gets disconnected is on server2.

No one else in the office is having this problem.

I found a thread regarding MS KB Q297684 and Symantec, but not sure if applies to this since it's only 1 of 80 users.
