Why is MDM.exe throttling my server CPU?

Has anyone had mdm.exe (Microsoft Debug Manager) throttle their server CPU?  I was getting complaints from users today that they were having strange problems and it turned out that mdm.exe was using nearly 100% of the CPU.  I shut off the service but I am still curious at to what is causing this to happen.  Nothing suspicious in the logs.  This has happened once before.  Start Free Trial
