Win2k Server - Event ID 8032 Error in event log

Ok I've been trying to solve this thing for weeks now. Seemingly randomly throughout the day I will get this event id 8032 error in my eventlog. There is no 8021 error to accompany it. Also File and printer sharing is turned on. I have run out of ideas on how to troubleshoot it so I come to you fine folks. I'll paste relevant info below.
