Since the weekend, 4 of our clients have been given the same problem:
"Server cannot process your request, the server cannot give you the resources required" or words to that effect. We ask them to reboot, and the servers works fine.
It seems to be a memory loop or hole of some kind that i cannot tell what is causing it, but in the application log there are literally hundreds of errors mainly:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.
and:
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945
F-00C04FB9
84F9},CN=P
olicies,CN
=System,DC
=server,DC
=local. The file must be present at the location <\\server.local\sysvol\ser
ver.local\
Policies\{

45F-00C04F
B984F9}\gp
t.ini>. (Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
but there's also:
The worker process failed to initialize the http.sys communication or the w3svc communication layer and therefore could not be started. The data field contains the error number.
These appear to be happening over night (probably when the server runs out of memory and falls over crying.
I am at a loss as to whats happening, anyone having these problems also?
