Unable to install Net Backup Client on Windows Server 2000

Hi,

I am trying to install Veritas Netbackup Client on Windows 2000 Server, While starting the installation it throws an error
 " This Installation Package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

In Event Viewer it shows the following information

I Tried to Install some other msi setup files but not of the msi packages are getting installed, giving the same error.
