Windows 2k no emergency disk for recovery

Hello,

I have a dell server on windows 2000 server and one of my disks had a failuire. I tired to make a windows repair but it's asking me for a emergency recovery disk. I don't have an emergency disk but i think that's the only way out! How can i get around this problem. Can i get an emergency disk from somewhere else?? I have a really important data and applications on this server and i don't want to make a reinstallation!
