Time Sync Issue with server

I have a Win 2000 DC that is a backup DC to a Win 2K3 server on my network.  Trying to clean things up i we checking the time sync issue and i am a bit confused with this one.  In REGEDIT there are not all the reg settings that the rest of the servers have so i'm not sure how to sync time with my PDC.  The only folders I have under W32TIME are
W32TIME
       I-- ENUM
       i--Parameters
       i--Security

The other servers seem to have more folders.  Can someone tell me how to get this server synced with my PDC?   ThanksStart Free Trial
