Migrate AD from W2K to W2003 Server

I am running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2000 Server. This Server is also running AD and DNS. I would like to migrate AD and DNS to a new 2003 Server (new - not in production yet). I would like to leave Exchange running on the 2000 server. Can this be done?
