cant send emails to few users with MS Exchange

I cannot send emails to few particular users, it gives me following message: that message is relayed.

Reporting-MTA: dns;abc.domainname.local

Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxx@yahoo.com
Action: relayed
Status: 2.5.0
X-Display-Name: 'xxxx'

Also i have
7518 error in my eventvwr:
"Sender Id must be configured with a list of trusted mail servers before it can be enabled."

Can you please inform why this problem is occured?

Exchange version is 6.5.7638.1
It is MS exchange 2003 with service pack 2.
It is the only exchange server in my domain. it is also DNS server for my domain.

Sounds like you have enabled SenderID in the Exchange filtering options, but do not have any servers configured. Therefore you need to either disable SenderID or add in the servers.

What/how servers I have to configure, it is asking the ip address of the servers

If you wanted to use senderID then you would enter your internal servers.
Personally though I wouldn't use it and I would turn off the function on the SMTP virtual server.

Turn off Sender ID then. Restart the SMTP Server service after doing so.
