DNS Settings in TCP/IP properties of Domain Controller/DNS Server

Asked by jtreeves72 in Windows 2003 Server

I have 4 servers and 35 clients(Win2K minimum)

1. Domain Controller/Win2k3 small business enterprise edition
2. Exchange Server/Win2k3 Enterprise Exchange
3. FileServer/Win 2k3 standard
4. Terminal Server/Win2k3 Standard Ed.

What is the best way to configure the advanced tcp/ip properties concerning dns?  the servers are all static ip's, but should i fill in the areas for domain suffix etc. even though i should be getting dns dynamically?  Im having some users with slow logons etc. that makes me wonder if these could be tweaked any better?  Hopefully I made sense and let me know if you need any more info

P.S.  Be easy on me its my first question that I have asked...lolStart Free Trial
