Replacing Server in a Single Server AD Domain

I Currently have a Single Server AD Domain with 15 Users (I know, Very Small!!) The server is 5 years old and I am replacing it over the weekend. The old server is W2k and new server will be 2003 Standard Server. I would like this to be as smooth a transition as possible. I want to keep the same Domain name. What is the easiest way to do this. I would prefer all workstations to just be able to connect and go about their business after the transition as if everything was the same. The server is not running any special apps (IE: No Exchange). It is basically just a DC and a file server for all data on the network. Also, I do not want to keep the old machine in service.
