Problem is also that DCA has a problem with DNS, somehow I can't create new zones in the AD. And DCA can't access DCB for example. DCA has all FMSO roles but DCB doesn't see that. On DCA (both are also Exchange Server, intention is to move Exchange IS to DCB and demote and remove DCA) Exchange services won't start. Some errors from the eventlog:

When I try to install the DNS (the AD zones) the following messages appear:
The forward lookup zone cannot be added to the server
The specified directory partition does not exist.

Did you Ghost (or disk clone) the second server from the first one?
It's having a Secure Channel issue that it thinks is due to a duplicate name (I'm going to guess SID here).
Let us know.
