Printer Connection - Unable to ping from Server

I am having difficulties communicating with a Panasonic DP3030 Photocopier/Printer from a Windows 2003 server.  Currently this printer is hosted on a Windows 2000 server but needs to be moved to the 2003 server.  From any computer in the domain with the exception of the Windows 2003 server I can successfully ping the printer.  There is a static IP of 10.113.152.195 set on the printer.  If I change the IP I am still unable to ping from the 2003 server.

This might sound stupid, but have you checked the Windows Firewall to ensure it is disabled (if required).  Can the Windows 2003 server ping other domain resources on the same subnet as the problem printer?

No firewall enabled.  Server can ping other resources successfully.

There is currently five HP printers running successfully from this server.
Then the problem lies in the TCP/IP configuration on the problem printer.

If you check one of the printers functioning properly, you may find it has been configured with a subnet mask and default gateway.  Have you configured these things correctly on the problem printer?
I have sucessfully created on my XP system a connction via TCP/IP to this printer - as a local printer and successfully printed to it.  The subnet and gateway have been set and they are the same as other printers.
I have discovered that I can telnet using port 25 into the printer from the server.
Can you give me the IP, SNM, DG, PDNS and SDNS settings from the printer, server and workstation?
Printer
IP = 10.113.152.195
SNM = 255.255.255.0
DG = 10.113.152.129
PDNS = 10.113.152.5
SDNS = None

Server
IP = 10.113.152.5
SNM = 255.255.255.0
DG = 10.113.152.129
PDNS = 10.113.152.3
SDNS = 10.113.129.2

XP Workstations
IP = 10.113.152.X
SNM = 255.255.255.0
DG = 10.113.152.129
PDNS = 10.113.152.5
SDNS = 10.113.129.2
