How to disable System Restore

How do you disable the System Restore feature in Windows Server 2003? I have found some articles about disabling it in Windows XP but they don't apply. Or, is there such a feature in Windows Server 2003 at all? I am using Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition Service Park 1.

Thanks.

Are you thinking the the System Volume Information is where the System Restore is saving to?

In server 2003, this is what the Volume Shadow Service saves it's information.

I am trying to figure out what is happening with a registry key. See my previous question

https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21881863/Values-of-a-Regsitry-Key-Automatically-Restored.html

I guess what I am really asking is whether Windows Server 2003 has such a thing as restoring registry keys and how to disable it.
See that post.
