Windows 2003 Active Directory Replicaion and Corruption Questions

Ok.  Im having a lot of troubles with a 2003 domain that experienced a disk failure on a DC on Friday.  The domain consists of 2 DC's and a LOT of client machines.  Some corruption occurred on the poweredge2600 DC on friday.  On Monday things started behaving strangely.  Persistent target name not valid errors when trying to navigate to the poweredge1600 DC (the other DC).  I also noticed that the DNS entries for one of the DC's were completely blank.  The other DC was fine. out of dcdiag is as follows.

ANy and all help relating to this would be great.  Steps taken already include a non authoritative restore of the DNS information on the machine with blank DNS.  The strange thing is now the machines have reversed with the PE2600 having blank DNS and the PE1600 having a populated DNS.  I am trying to avoid wiping out the domain.  I could handle a demotion and promotion of a DC but would obviously like to avoid it if at all possible.  Several errors appear in the event logs on both machines as well.

The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server host/poweredge1600.uplifteducation.local.  The target name used was ldap/5df45cfe-43d9-4407-8671-e5c413ff5ff3._msdcs.UpliftEducation.local. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named  machine accounts in the target realm (UPLIFTEDUCATION.LOCAL), and the client realm.   Please contact your system administrator.
