Actually, it's a group not an account.

Is there some reason this is not a default account? This server is a domain controller and a member of a domain that has one more domain controller in it and that server has the 'power user' account in it.

There was an error message in the application log that actually said that I should find it and remove it because it could not identify a sid for it. I actually just removed it from the user permissions that I had applied it to previously and that stopped the error message that was occuring every 5 minutes. I then went to the ntfs folder and just gave the folder admin rights with full control and the software now works. Thanks so much for all your help. I am struggling with all this stuff.
