We are going to implement RightFax into our network. How can I efficiently edit all AD user's fax number? I'd love to be able to take a .csv file and import somehow. Tools are OK, I'll buy what is needed.

If you are not adverse to csv scripting then here is what I would do:
Create a spreadsheet with the following columns:
A B C D E
dsquery user "username" | dsmod user -fax "faxnumber"
Add your usernames to line "B" and your corrasponding fax numbers to line "E"
Copy the whole sheet into a text file and format it to make it look like something like this:
dsquery user -samid SCrow|dsmod user -fax 555-555-5555
There should be a line for every user.
Rename this file to a .bat and run it! Voila!

The DS school of tools are new with 2003. As far as mass AD mods go they can take away a lot of the pain. The best part is you can pipe one tool into another (very nice with the query/mod combo). The rest of the tools are listed here:

Glad I was able to help

Hey Joe,
If you're not averse to a bit of VbScript I'm sure I could help you get this all sorted out without paying for things.
What exactly do you want to do? Change everyone's fax number to a single number? Or does everyone have an individual one? I would assume the latter really, but just in case.
If it's the latter how do you have everything at the moment, CSV in what format?
Chris
