Question

"use http 1.1 through proxy connections" through Group Policy? (500 pts)

Hello,
I need to roll out this setting found in IE6 Advanced settings in the internet options. I tried creating my own Administrative Template shown below:

By importing this, it shows up in the Group Policy Editor but does not seem to propagate to the users. Could someone please tell me if there is a way they know how to roll this setting as enabled for all users via group policy?

By the way, the users are on Windows 2000, using IE6

Figured it out myself.
Apparently, you CAN enable this setting through group policy.

Navigate to:

User Config and right click on it. Then enable the "preferenc mode"

there, you will have access to advanced settings in IE!
