Installing MS Virtual Server 2005

Are there any issues with installing MS Virtual Server 2005 & a virtual Server 2003 on a Windows 2003 Standard domain controller? The server is currently stable and I don't want to upset anything.

The business needs to install some accounting software (based on SQL server). The vendor informs me that the software is not compatible with Sharepoint Services, which we have installed. Their suggestion is to install Virtual Server 2005. I am not keen on this.
