I tried over 30 different internal / external low cost modems on this os. this is the ONLY one that didnt trash the server (i use it on multipal servers)

Select - "Modems" - next
- Standard Modem Types - Standard 56000 BPS modem
do this it works and works well, load the supplied drivers you igot ssues.
