also, if you want more than 1 person to be able to access the server using Remote Desktop, you will need to install/enable Terminal Services.
if you just "allow users to remotely connect to this computer", it will only allow 1 session at a time.
you also need to be sure you have purchased the appropriate CAL licenses for using Terminal Services. http://support.microsoft.c

You really need to reread the question, and, you are absolutely clueless

RDC by default accepts two simultaneous connections, not one - ever
2nd "if you just "allow users to remotely connect to this computer", it will only allow 1 session at a time."

just making sure that that you have allow users to connect remotely to this computer selected under remote in system properties.
Im sure thats done but just to check
