You mentioned you applied it to an OU containing users. This is a computer based GPO and must be applied to the OU that contains computers.

I have a GP issue where if i set up a group policy in the root of a domain it will work on my xp clients.
however if i remove that policy and create another policy in an Organizational Unit further down (say the users folder for example) it will not work. Is just doesnt populate the setting on my xp client
The Domain and Forest is 2003 Server Mode
The Clients are XP Service Pack 2.
Wireless Zero is running.
Other settings in the same policy work just fine to the policy is working, just not the wireless part of it!

I remember reading something about this being a Domain-level only policy. I'm not sure it works at lower levels.
I'm trying to find where I read that so I can post it for you.
