TS is showing but I didn not install IT how do I uninstall this

I'm trying to upgrade my billing software, when I put the cd in, it came up & said that TS was installed.  I went to the add/remove prop. & there were no check marks next to TS. I then went to system properites and disabled remote desktop log in. rebooted the server & it's still showing. Start Free Trial
