I have a terminal server we're ready to deploy. &nbsp;It is locking out &quot;All Programs&quot; and all the other good stuff. &nbsp;The only weird thing is, icons I'm creating from the local machine show up without the &quot;Icon&quot; - they're just the Windows &quot;I couldn't find an icon for this&quot; picture. &nbsp;I also tried adding icons to the &quot;All Users Desktop&quot; folder on the local machine, from local apps, and I still have this issue.<br />

They show up fine in the &quot;Administrator&quot; account which doesn't have all the GPO applied - what am I missing?

I have a terminal server we're ready to deploy.  It is locking out "All Programs" and all the other good stuff.  The only weird thing is, icons I'm creating from the local machine show up without the "Icon" - they're just the Windows "I couldn't find an icon for this" picture.  I also tried adding icons to the "All Users Desktop" folder on the local machine, from local apps, and I still have this issue.

They show up fine in the "Administrator" account which doesn't have all the GPO applied - what am I missing?
