Preventing Users from taking screen shots in a Windows 2000/2003 Domain Environment

We need the abiity to disallow users from taking screen shots.  Is there a way to do this or do I need to get a 3rd party software.  The environment is a Windows 2000 domain soon to be a Windows Svr 2003 native environment.Start Free Trial
