sql 2005 server performance issue
i have a sql server that is running n processes at 80-90% also in performance th esvg disk que length is sitting at 100% we are running this on a 2003 server with sql 2005 any help out there

What process is using 80-90%? If it is sqlservr.exe (SQL server) then you should run Server Profiler to look at the long running queries. These queries are most likely poorly written or the tables(s) are not properly indexed.
