How can I recover lost contacts from a mailbox without restoring entire information store??

Lost contacts in Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2!!  My problem is that my backups are for the entire information store and not individul mailboxes.  Is it possible to recover just the contacts from an individual mailbox when only backing up the information store?Start Free Trial
