Windows Server 2003 host recovery recommendation

What tool or tools would anyone recommend for mirroring a Server 2003 boot disk as an emergency recovery option of for business continuity planning? (BCP)  We would like to create a mirror image of the source disk for the quickest possible Shutdown-Swap-Reboot recovery.

The server is a Dell PowerEdge 600SC with a 80 Gb Seagate primary drive.

Look into Veritas LiveState backup/recovery and similar options for fastest recovery.

The "Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation" seems to be the lower cost option for small business or computer service center (and lab) and this is the scale of our need.  Thanks for the pointer and I am open to additional suggestions for the next 24 hours.

Make sure that the Acronis solution supports WIn 2003 SERVER. Normally there is a separate Server solution that is more expensive.
