Move Exchange 2003 Server into different domain?

What is the process of moving an Exchange 2003 Server to another domain?

For example, we have acquired another company. They have their own small network on a 2003 domain (forest) along with their own Exchange 2003 server.

We want to A.) migrate all users and computers to the parent company's forest, B.) Move their Exchange 2003 server into our forest and route mail to their server at their location so they would still have their own server. Anyone have some articles, suggestions, links?

My plan was to create new or move all user accounts into the parent company domain. Migrate them and their machines to the domain. Then move their mail accounts to the Parent Company's Excahnge 2003 Server so they could operate there first. Then do the needed steps to migrate their Exchange 2003 server into the parent forest and setup mail routing. Then move the accounts back to their exchange server.....

Any help, suggestions, comments appreciated... Thanks!

how many users are  you talking about?
what domain will you want these users to be logging into first of all?
what you can do is create the accounts in AD in your forest and than use exmerge to import th email to their new accounts

We are talking about 30 users in total.... We would like the new company's users to be logging into our domain for the parent company. We would put another DC a their location for our domain. We currently have a VPN setup between us.

I was afraid I might have to rebuild their Exchange server, but that is why I asked.....
