Sudden Loss of Admin Privledges on Domain Admin Account

Running a single Windows 2003 Small Business Server with IE7. My domain admin ID is suddenly getting this error anytime I try to run an exe that resides on a mapped drive on the server: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Also, it seems that this users permissions have been turrned down very low. If I log onto an XP Pro desktop, i twill not allow me to download files from the internet either. I have tried the "add \\server" to trusted zones and the enable risky file setting in IE7. The only thing that changed today was that I accidently signed into the terminal server with this particular domain id, which I never have done before. I have also tried rebooting the server. Other regular users do not seem to be having the same issues I am, they are working normally. Also, I do not seem to have Admin privelges on any desktop I log into, which I used to have.
