Help fixing the TIME on my Windows 2003 Network

I have a Windows 2003 Domain network with all servers and workstation synchronized on the same time.  This was all done with default setting.  I am really not sure what controls this.  My issue is that the time throughout my network is about 5 minutes slow.  If my memory serves me correctly once before I had gone into my Domain Control and changed it time by clicking on the clock on the task bar and that seemed to fix things for a few days and then the next thing I know its back to being off again.

Regardless, I thought windows 2003 by default sync with a time keeping website so I am lost why my time would be roughly 5 minutes off.  Can someone point me in the right direction to get the time on my network set correctly and insure it says that way?

By default, the workstations and other servers will synchronize with the Domain Controller that is the PDC Emulator.  Locate that, and set it to sync with an NTP server on the internet, using the command NET TIME /SETSNTP:internetserver

Sorry it taking me so long to get back to this.  I have just changed my DC that has the PDC role.  I syn'd with an external service and that fixed this server.  But my other servers and workstations aren't changing.  I have reboot several with out it picking up the correct time.

Any suggestions?

Give them a little time.  They should sync up.  At worst, you can run NET TIME /SET \\SERVERNAME /Y to sync the time manually.

Thank you for your help.  You were correct.  It took about 2 or more hours before workstations started syncing up.
