Unable to connect to Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 from Terminal Server

I'm setting up a totally brand new network..   I have two servers... both are 2k3 R2..  

Server 1-Domain Controller..  Plus will be the Terminal Server
Server 2- Exchange 2007

Everything is a brand new setup...  I loaded Exchange 2007 with the defaults...  but I am  unable to connect to Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 from  terminal server... It keeps asking for User ID and Password and never finishes setup of Outlook.

I can Ping and connect to shares on the Exchange Server without problems. I can even log into the OWA...
