Have a HP DL380 G4, SCSI drives, HP memory, Dual Xeon 3.8GHz processors, HP NIC's, QLogic Fibre cards, Smart Array 6i, Windows 2003 SP1 with no recent patches or driver updates.
About once a month we are getting stop errors like the following...

Haven't done a memory test on it yet with Memtest-86 but thought I would get your thoughts on the specific bugcheck string
We are running this in a two node MS cluster environment. Node 1 is our primary node which seems to act up lately. It failed over to node 2 fine but would be nice to figure out this stop error.
