Changing the Outbound SMTP port number in Exchange 2007

I have just installed Exchange Server 2007 and need to configure it for alternate port SMTP, i.e. send mail out to a smart host over port 3325 rather then the traditional SMTP port of 25. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this in Exchange 2007? In 2003 it was quite simple in Outbound Connections > TCP Port, in 2007 it seems to have hidden itself from obvious view.
