I had the same problem, and tried the same solution, but RISETUP kept failing at the 'Authorizing DHCP' phase of the install.<br />
<br />
I found out that I had to run RISETUP as an Enterprise Administrator to get this to work, since my deployment server's domain is part of a forest. I also had to restart the DHCP service on my domain controller before it would start dishing out IP addresses again.<br />

Just thought I'd share this in case others run into the same problem.<br />

I have a win2003 sp2 WDS server in Native mode, it has always been in Native mode as it was a fresh win2003sp2 install (without an exisiting RIS server) how can I make the server Mixed Mode?<br />

WDS server - Native to Mixed mode
