Cant start SMTP service.  Error 126: The specified module could not be found

Im receiving error 126: the specified module could not be found when trying to start the smtp service.  Also I have noticed the same thing for the RASMAN service when trying to start it.  If I open IIS Manager I see a red X thru the default smtp virtual server as well.  Any suggestions??... Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the service but had no luck.  Any suggestions??Start Free Trial
